Installation & Inspection Guidelines

Inner Spacer:

  • Ensure the bore is clean and the axle passes through smoothly.
  • Check for burrs or wear on each end; edges must be square for proper bearing seating.
  • Confirm the spacer is undamaged and at least as long as the bearing stops in the hub.

Wheel Hub:

  • Clean thoroughly; do not remove metal, which can affect bearing fitment.

Outer Wheel Spacers:

  • Inspect and clean both ends and outer surfaces.
  • Replace spacers if worn, especially where they contact the seal.

Installation Notes:

  • Note 1: Improper installation can damage bearings and shorten their lifespan.
  • Note 2: Gently heating the hub can help ease bearing installation by allowing the hub to expand.
