Installation & Inspection Guidelines

Inner Spacer:

• Ensure the bore is clean and the axle slides freely through it.
• Check each end for wear, burrs, or deformation.
• Edges must be square to seat properly against the bearings.
• If the previous bearings failed, inspect the spacer for damage.
• Spacer length must match or slightly exceed the distance between bearing stops in the hub or carrier.

Wheel Hub:

• Thoroughly clean to remove dirt or corrosion.
• Do not remove metal, as this may affect bearing fitment.

Outer Wheel Spacers:

• Clean and inspect both ends and outer surfaces.
• Replace if there is significant wear, especially where the seal contacts the spacer.

Bearing Installation Notes:

• Note 1: Improper installation may cause bearing damage and reduce service life.
• Note 2: Gently heating the hub will slightly expand it, easing bearing installation.
