Installation & Inspection Guidelines

Inner Spacer:

• Ensure the bore is clean and that the axle passes through freely.
• Check for burrs, wear, or distortion at both ends.
• Ensure edges are square to properly seat against the bearings.
• Verify the spacer is undamaged and of correct length (equal to or slightly longer than bearing stops).

Wheel Hub:

• Clean thoroughly without removing metal, which could affect bearing fitment.

Outer Wheel Spacers:

• Inspect for wear on the ends and contact surfaces.
• Replace if excessive wear is observed, especially where the seal contacts the spacer.

Bearing Installation Tips:

• Note 1: Incorrect installation may cause premature failure.
• Note 2: Slightly heating the hub can ease bearing installation by allowing expansion.
