Installation & Inspection Guidelines

Inner Spacer:

• Ensure the spacer bore is clean and the axle passes through freely.
• Inspect both ends for wear, burrs, or distortion.
• Spacer ends must be square to properly seat bearings.
• Spacer must be equal to or slightly longer than the bearing stops in the hub or carrier.

Wheel Hub:

• Clean thoroughly to remove dirt and corrosion.
• Do not remove metal, as this will negatively impact bearing fit.

Outer Wheel Spacers:

• Clean and inspect for wear on both ends and seal contact surfaces.
• Replace if excessive wear is found.

Bearing Installation Notes:
