Installation & Inspection Guidelines

Inner Spacer:

• Ensure the bore is clean and allows free axle movement.
• Inspect both ends for wear, burrs, or damage.
• Spacer edges must be square to properly seat bearings.
• Confirm the spacer is undamaged and at least as long as the bearing stops in the hub or carrier.

Wheel Hub:

• Clean thoroughly, removing all dirt and corrosion.
• Avoid removing metal, as this will affect bearing fitment.

Outer Wheel Spacers:

• Clean and inspect for wear on contact surfaces and ends.
• Replace if spacers show significant wear, especially where the seals make contact.

Bearing Installation Notes:

• Note 1: Improper installation can cause premature bearing failure.
• Note 2: Heating the hub slightly will expand it, easing the installation process.
