Featuring high-speed ABEC 3 precision bearings, triple lip rubber seals, and Chevron SRI 2 grease with rust and oxidation inhibitors, this kit is designed to resist water, dirt, and harsh riding conditions, ensuring long-lasting, smooth operation.

Installation & Inspection Guide:-

Inner Spacer:

• Ensure the bore is clean; the axle should pass freely.
• Check each end for burrs or wear — edges must be square for proper bearing seating.
• Confirm the inner spacer is the same length or slightly longer than the hub’s bearing stops.

Wheel Hub:

• Thoroughly clean to remove any dirt or corrosion.
• Do not remove metal, as it may compromise bearing fitment.

Outer Wheel Spacers:

• Clean and inspect both ends and the seal-contact surface.
• Replace if there is excessive wear.

Bearing Installation Notes:-

• Note 1: Incorrect installation can lead to premature bearing failure.
• Note 2: Heating the wheel hub slightly can aid installation by expanding the hub for an easier press fit.
