The Story

All Balls Racing Wheel Bearing Kits-Front-25-1104

The All Balls Racing Wheel Bearing Kits-Front-25-1104 models include ABEC 3 high-speed precision bearings, triple lip rubber seals, and Chevron SRI 2 grease. This combination delivers excellent protection against dirt, water, and corrosion, ensuring reliable and long-lasting wheel performance in all conditions.

Installation & Inspection Guide:-

1. Inner Spacer:

  • Confirm the bore is clean and the axle passes through without resistance.
  • Check both ends for burrs or damage—edges must be square for proper bearing seating.
  • Make sure the spacer is undamaged and either equal to or slightly longer than the bearing stops in the hub or carrier.

2. Wheel Hub:

  • Clean thoroughly to remove all dirt and corrosion.
  • Avoid removing metal, as it can compromise bearing fit and alignment.

3. Outer Wheel Spacers:

  • Clean and inspect both ends and the contact surface with the seal.
  • Replace spacers if wear is excessive, to maintain sealing integrity and bearing life.

Bearing Installation Notes:-

  • Note 1: Improper installation can damage bearings and reduce their life significantly.
  • Note 2: Slightly heating the hub will allow it to expand, easing the installation of new bearings.

Compatibility:-

  • Kawasaki Ninja 400 (2018 onward)
