The All Balls Racing Front Wheel Bearing Kit (25-1510) includes high-speed ABEC 3 precision bearings with triple lip rubber seals and Chevron SRI 2 grease for superior protection against water, dirt, and corrosion—designed for durability and smooth performance in all conditions.

Installation & Inspection Guide:

1. Inner Spacer:

• Ensure the bore is clean and the axle fits smoothly.
• Inspect both ends for burrs or wear.
• Edges must be square to ensure proper bearing seating.
• Confirm that the spacer is undamaged and equal to or slightly longer than the bearing stops in the hub.

2. Wheel Hub:

• Thoroughly clean the hub — remove all dirt and corrosion.
• Avoid removing metal, as this will negatively affect bearing fit.

3. Outer Wheel Spacers:

• Clean and inspect for wear on both ends and the surface that contacts the bearing seal.
• Replace if excessively worn to maintain seal integrity.

Bearing Installation Notes:

• Note 1: Improper installation can damage bearings and greatly reduce their lifespan.
• Note 2: Gently heating the wheel hub causes it to expand slightly, making bearing insertion easier.
