The Story

All Balls Racing Wheel Bearing Kits-Rear-25-1563

The All Balls Racing Rear Wheel Bearing Kit (25-1563) is built for durability and smooth performance, featuring ABEC 3 precision bearings, triple lip rubber seals, and Chevron SRI 2 grease to protect against water, dirt, rust, and oxidation—even in extreme riding conditions.

Installation & Inspection Guide:

1. Inner Spacer:

  • Ensure the bore is clean and the axle passes through freely.
  • Check both ends for burrs or wear; edges must be square for proper bearing contact.
  • Confirm the spacer is undamaged and equal to or slightly longer than the bearing stops in the hub or carrier.

2. Wheel Hub:

  • Clean thoroughly, removing any corrosion or debris.
  • Avoid removing metal, as it compromises bearing seating and fit.

3. Outer Wheel Spacers:

  • Clean and inspect both ends and the sealing contact area.
  • Replace spacers if there is significant wear to maintain sealing and bearing performance.

Bearing Installation Notes:

  • Note 1: Improper installation can cause damage and drastically shorten bearing life.
  • Note 2: Heating the hub slightly allows for easier bearing installation by expanding the metal.

Compatibility:-

  • Honda CBR 600RR (07-19)
