What Is Spindle Bobbins Crash Protection?

EP Spindle Bobbins protect key components of your Ducati Multistrada—such as the wheel spindle retainers, brake calipers, lower forks and swingarm—by placing tough nylon bobbins on either side of the wheel. These bobbins are engineered to be the first point of contact in the event of a crash or slide.

Each bobbin features an aluminium inner for increased strength while allowing the outer nylon to rotate under impact, helping reduce stress and wear on your motorcycle’s components.
