This is the original mounting plate for the SHAD SHC39 UNIVERSAL PLATE top case.
The SHAD SHC39 UNIVERSAL PLATE top case fits directly onto it.
Can be installed on a second motorcycle so the top case can easily be switched from one bike to another in a matter of seconds.
